LIVZON PHARMA (01513) announced that, as the term of the company's 11th board of directors is set to expire on June 20, 2026, the board has conducted a thorough review and unanimously agreed to nominate Mr. Zhu Baoguo, Mr. Lin Nanqi, and Mr. Qiu Qingfeng as candidates for non-executive directors of the 12th board of directors. The board also nominated Mr. Liu Daping and Mr. Tang Yanggang as candidates for executive directors of the 12th board of directors. Furthermore, following careful deliberation, the board unanimously agreed to nominate Mr. Luo Huiyuan, Ms. Cui Lijie, Ms. Kang Li, and Ms. Wang Zhiyao as candidates for independent directors of the 12th board of directors.
