Concurrently, Mr. Sha Min has been relieved of his roles as chairman of the board, chief executive officer, and member and chairman of the board's strategy committee.
Mr. Liu Fei, a non-executive director, has been re-designated as an executive director and appointed as chairman of the board, chief executive officer, and member and chairman of the board's strategy committee.
