12月17日， “国产GPU第二股”沐曦股份成功登陆科创板，盘中股价暴涨超750%，总市值突破3500亿元。
沐曦股份于2020年9月14日在上海成立，聚焦全栈高性能GPU芯片及计算平台研发，目标成为具备国际竞争力的GPU企业。该公司由陈维良、彭莉、杨建三位AMD资深华人科学家联合创立。截至目前，沐曦股份的实际控制人为陈维良。
从持股情况来看，陈维良通过控制上海骄迈企业咨询合伙企业（有限合伙）、上海曦骥企业咨询合伙企业（有限合伙）分别持有沐曦集成11.96%、3.64%的股权，陈维良直接和间接控制了沐曦集成约20.63%的股份，相当于持有8256.88万股，持股市值达577.98亿元。
其他股东方面，“私募大佬”葛卫东直接持有沐曦股份3.58%公司股权，并通过上海混沌投资（集团）有限公司间接持有3.59%公司股权，合计持有2871.7万股，持股市值为188.57亿元。
