CT VISION Shareholders Deposit 159 Million Shares, Total Custodial Value Reaches HK$56.8 Million

Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals a significant change in the custodial holdings of CT VISION (00994).

As of June 24th, the total value of shares held in custody for the company amounted to HK$56.8 million, representing 12.39% of the total issued shares.

This change follows a major deposit by a company shareholder, who placed 159 million shares with Yuanyuan Securities, leading to an increase in their holding proportion by 12.31%.

The company recently disclosed its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025.

It reported revenue of HK$184 million, marking a decrease of 67.02% compared to the previous year.

The loss attributable to the company's owners widened by 37.97% to HK$32.851 million, resulting in a loss per share of 3.41 Hong Kong cents.
