Sep 28

K. Wah International Holdings Limited on 29 September 2026 announced that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.kwih.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Holders who previously opted for hard-copy corporate communications will receive printed versions with this mailing.

In line with amended Listing Rule 2.07A and the company’s new Bye-laws adopted on 17 June 2026, K. Wah Int’l will cease sending physical notifications when future corporate communications are posted online. All such documents—including financial statements, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will continue to be provided electronically via the company and HKEXnews websites. Printed copies will be supplied only upon specific request and free of charge.

Non-registered shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees may register an email address with their intermediaries to receive electronic publication alerts. Those preferring physical documents can submit a signed reply form or email request to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at kwah.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Enquiries can be directed to +852 2862 8688 during business hours.

The move is intended to streamline communications and reduce reliance on paper, reinforcing K. Wah Int’l’s transition toward digital shareholder engagement.
