蜜雪集团（02097.HK）今日盘中大涨5.04%，引发市场关注。消息面上，公司宣布以近3亿元收购鲜啤品牌福鹿家53%股权，标志着其正式进军精酿啤酒市场。
根据公告，蜜雪集团将以2.856亿元现金认购福鹿家（郑州）企业管理有限公司51%的新增注册资本，并以1120万元收购原股东2%的股权。交易完成后，福鹿家将成为蜜雪集团的非全资子公司，其财务业绩将并入集团合并报表。
值得注意的是，这是一笔关联交易。福鹿家的实际控制人田海霞是蜜雪集团CEO张红甫的妻子。福鹿家成立于2021年，主营每500ml杯装单价6至10元的精酿鲜啤产品，目前已在全国28个省市拥有约1200家门店。
市场分析人士认为，此次收购将帮助蜜雪集团快速切入精酿啤酒市场，扩大其饮品品类。蜜雪集团可以利用其现有的供应链和加盟体系，助力福鹿家的快速扩张。这一战略举措有望为公司带来新的增长点，因此得到投资者的积极认可。
