China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC) released the 2026 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) proxy form. The EGM is scheduled for Friday, 20 March 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Beijing time, to be held at the CRCC Bureau Building on No. 40 Fuxing Road, Haidian District, Beijing.

According to the document, the core business at the EGM is to approve the addition of executive directors. Two candidates have been presented for election, namely, Mr. PEI Minshan and Mr. CHEN Zhiming. The meeting will adopt a cumulative voting method, allowing each share to carry an equivalent number of votes to the total positions to be filled. Shareholders may distribute votes across multiple candidates or opt to concentrate all votes on a single nominee. The proxy form must be properly submitted and notarized, where required, to be valid for the meeting.
