Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. (the “Group”) announced the termination of its procurement and construction contract with Limited Liability Company Lukoil–Permnefteorgsintez, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Lukoil, by 21 November 2025. This follows the United Kingdom’s imposition of restrictive measures targeting PJSC Oil Company Lukoil on 15 October 2025 and the designation of Lukoil OAO and its 50-percent-or-more owned entities by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the United States Department of the Treasury on 22 October 2025.
The total amount receivable under this contract is approximately RMB8.3 billion, comprising about 4% of the Group’s revenue and 7.5% of its gross profit for the six months ended 30 June 2025. Based on the Group’s preliminary assessment, the termination is not expected to have a material adverse impact on its business operations or financial position. Other businesses remain normal and unaffected.
The Group will continue to monitor developments, evaluate potential effects, and implement necessary measures. Further announcements may be released as appropriate. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Group’s shares.
