According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, UBS Group purchased an additional 2.427 million shares of GUOTAI JUNAN I (01788) on February 24 at a price of HK$2.799 per share. The total transaction value amounted to approximately HK$6.7932 million. Following this acquisition, UBS Group’s total shareholding has reached approximately 764 million shares, representing a stake of 8.02%.
