On Wednesday, major U.S. stock indices closed lower. The Hang Seng Index ADR also declined, finishing at 27,071.73 points on a proportional basis, down 194.65 points or 0.71% from its Hong Kong close. Large-cap blue-chip stocks showed mixed performance. HSBC Holdings ended at HKD 139.794, unchanged from its Hong Kong closing price. Tencent Holdings closed at HKD 543.262, down 0.86% compared to its Hong Kong settlement.
