截至2026年2月28日止6个月，枫叶教育实现营收5.63亿元，同比下降11.2%。期内经调整EBITDA为2.54亿元，同比下降9.7%。公司期内毛利为2.89亿元，较上年同期下滑11.9%，毛利率由51.8%小幅回落至51.3%。 收益成本同比下降10.3%，主要由于整体成本管控良好。销售及市场推广开支同比上升48.4%，主要系实施招生激励计划导致相关费用上升；行政开支同比增长7.4%，主要因海外业务人员成本上升所致。
业务分项
报告期内，枫叶教育的中国业务贡献营收1.89亿元，同比下降20.3%；海外业务贡献营收3.74亿元，同比下降5.7%。两大业务合计录得学生总数7,887人，同比下降9.4%。公司表示，小学及幼儿园适龄人口持续收缩，在一定程度上导致报读人数减少。
