嘉兴市燃气集团股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）于2026年3月2日发布2026年2月股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司截至2026年2月28日的股本结构与上月底相比保持不变。
公司注册股本由H股与内资股构成，其中H股注册数量为37,844,500股，内资股注册数量为100,000,000股，合计注册股本为137,844,500股，面值均为每股人民币1元。报告期内，H股与内资股的已发行数量无新增发行、购回或注销，已发行股份总数保持在137,844,500股。
