C&D NEWIN (00731) announced that Mr. Lin Henghui has resigned as the company's Financial Controller due to other official duties, effective from November 21, 2025. To fill the vacancy following Mr. Lin's resignation, Ms. Chen Yaling has been appointed as the company's Financial Controller, effective from the same date.
