Dongjiang Environmental Company Limited (00895) has announced that it received a nomination letter from its shareholder, Jiangsu Suhao Huihong Group Co., Ltd., proposing Ms. Hu Ruifang as a candidate for non-independent director on the eighth board of directors. Following deliberation by the board, Ms. Hu has been nominated as a candidate for non-independent director (non-executive director) of the eighth board. However, the appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at an upcoming general meeting.
