奈雪的茶控股有限公司（02150）于2026年6月25日发布公告，披露公司于当日根据董事会授权通过香港联交所场内以每股0.62港元至0.64港元的价格区间回购普通股267,500股，涉及金额167,580港元（约16.76万港元）。本次回购股份约占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）1,698,439,647股的0.0157%。
回购完成后，截至2026年6月25日，奈雪的茶控股有限公司已发行股份数量（不包括库藏股）降至1,698,172,147股，库藏股数增至9,416,000股，公司已发行股份总数（包括库藏股）维持在1,707,588,147股。同日公告显示，公司回购授权于2026年6月24日获通过，可回购股份总数为169,843,964股。根据授权，公司此次已累计回购267,500股，占授权规模的0.0157%。
公司确认，本次交易已获董事会正式授权，遵守包括香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则在内的适用法律及监管规定。公告由董事赵林签署。
