On 11 September 2026, REM Group (Holdings) Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report, in both English and Chinese, is now available on the company’s website (www.rem-group.com.hk) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will receive printed versions enclosed with the notice.

To support electronic dissemination, the company urges shareholders to provide a valid email address—by written notice of at least seven days—to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. If no functional email address is available, the company will continue to send (i) a postal notification of each new corporate communication posted online and (ii) all future actionable corporate communications in printed form.

Shareholders may change their preferred language and delivery method for future corporate communications or request printed copies of the current materials at any time by submitting the enclosed Change Request Form, writing to Tricor Investor Services, or emailing is-ecom@vistra.com. Requests for printed copies of future documents remain valid until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays) or via email at is-ecom@vistra.com.
