创新奇智（02121）8月11日自愿公布正面盈利预告。公司根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的初步未审核综合管理账目，预计期内将实现经调整净利润（非国际财务报告准则计量）人民币2,000千元至4,000千元，而2025年同期为经调整净亏损人民币6,681千元。
公司将经调整净利润／（亏损）定义为在期内净亏损的基础上，剔除股份为基础的付款开支、收购产生的无形资产摊销，以及按公允价值计量且变动计入损益的金融资产／负债的公允价值变动。
创新奇智表示，盈利预期的主要原因是市场需求提升，以及公司平台化能力和产品标准化水平的提高带来的经营效率优化。
公司指出，目前上述数据尚未经过核数师审阅，最终中期业绩将在2026年8月底前发布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时需保持审慎。
