LONGFOR GROUP (00960) has announced that for the first seven months of 2026, the group achieved cumulative total contracted sales of RMB 18.64 billion, with a contracted sales area of 1.989 million square meters.

In July alone, the company recorded contracted sales of RMB 2.09 billion, covering a sales area of 239,000 square meters. During the same month, contracted sales attributable to the company's shareholders reached RMB 1.39 billion, with a corresponding area of 168,000 square meters.

For the period from January to July, the group generated revenue of approximately RMB 15.91 billion from its operations and services (including tax, approximately RMB 16.96 billion). This total includes operations revenue of about RMB 8.52 billion (with tax, about RMB 9.11 billion) and services revenue of around RMB 7.39 billion (with tax, about RMB 7.85 billion).
