中国石油股份(00857)宣布，截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股人民币0.25元，尚待股东批准后派发。公司预期的除净日为2026年6月18日，股东如欲符合享有股息的资格，需要在2026年6月22日16:30前递交股份过户文件。公司将于2026年6月23日至6月25日暂停办理股份过户登记，记录日期为6月25日，并于7月31日派发股息。
根据公告，H股股东所获股息将按相关税率代扣个人或企业所得税，具体分为非居民企业、非个人居民、内地投资者等类型，税率分别为10%、10%-20%或20%。如H股个人股东为与中国签有不同税收协定的国家居民，则按照实际协定税率代扣所得税。内地个人投资者通过沪港通、深港通取得的股息红利适用20%的税率。若对于股东身份确认或代扣代缴事宜存有争议，本公司将不承担责任，也不受理相关要求。
