2026年8月25日，力高集团（01622）公告称，公司已收到中万国际有限公司律师按香港法例第32章《公司（清盘及杂项条文）条例》第178(1)(a)条送达的法定要求偿债书，涉及未偿还本金及应计利息合计约82.6百万美元。文件要求公司在送达日起计三周内清偿该债务，否则公司将被视为无力偿债，债权人可就此提出清盘呈请。
同时，公司亦收到一份清盘呈请草拟本。截至公告日，尚未有正式清盘呈请向公司提出或送达。
力高集团表示，正就相关文件寻求法律意见，并计划采取必要或适当措施维护公司及全体持份者利益；公司亦将与债权人保持沟通，争取尽快就债务达成友好解决方案。
公司重申，其离岸债务整体重组计划仍在推进，并已于2025年6月30日、2025年9月30日、2025年12月31日、2026年3月31日及2026年6月30日发布相关公告。董事会指出，集团业务运营维持正常，将继续密切监控财务状况及流动资金。
公司称，将按上市规则要求就法定要求偿债书及任何可能提出的清盘呈请进一步发布公告，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份及其他证券时保持审慎。
