重庆钢铁股份有限公司（01053）7月31日公告，已与各方完成《增资协议》签署，标志着此前于2026年5月27日披露的本次增资事项进入新阶段。
根据有权机构备案的最终评估结果，在评估基准日，宝武环境科技有限公司股东全部权益评估值为74.55亿元，评估增值率50.94%；宝武水务有限公司股东全部权益评估值为36.12亿元，评估增值率5.93%。该结果较此前公告披露的74.67亿元及36.18亿元分别下调0.12亿元和0.06亿元。
受评估值调整影响，本公司用于本次增资的宝武水务股权对应价值由5,808.34万元调整为5,797.26万元，其他增资方用于本次增资的宝武水务股权对应价值亦相应调整。增资完成后，各增资方对宝武环科的出资金额及股权比例保持不变。
重庆钢铁股份董事会表示，将根据相关法规和协议约定推进后续工作，并按规定及时披露进展。公告签署人系公司董事会秘书匡云龙。
