SILVER GRANT (00171) announced its interim results for the 6 months ended June 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$50.81 million, representing an 8.2% year-on-year increase. Loss attributable to owners of the company was HK$298 million, down 2.98% compared to the same period last year. Loss per share was HK$12.92 cents.
Revenue for the 2025 period included rental income of approximately HK$50.234 million (2024 period: HK$46.961 million) generated from the group's investment property Donghuan Plaza located in Beijing, China, comprising apartments, shops and offices; and distributed photovoltaic power generation income of approximately HK$0.576 million (2024 period: nil).
