Baijin Life Science Holdings Limited announced on 6 May 2026 that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Baijin Biotechnology Company Limited, has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Foryoung Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to jointly advance clinical cell-therapy solutions.
Under the framework, Beijing Baijin will oversee research and development, production, quality control and global supply-chain support, while establishing unified compliance standards. Foryoung Biotechnology will contribute its expert team, patent portfolio and market-operation capabilities, linking Beijing Baijin’s manufacturing strength with Foryoung’s technology assets to complete the full “capability-to-implementation” clinical-translation loop.
Foryoung Biotechnology’s core technologies originate from the commercialisation of research outcomes from leading PRC universities and institutes. The company holds exclusive licences for related patents and has prior experience in clinical cell-drug filings—resources expected to streamline forthcoming regulatory processes.
The Board of Baijin Life Science believes the partnership will help clarify qualification and certification standards for cell-related products ahead of the PRC’s “Regulations on the Administration of Clinical Research and Clinical Translation Application of New Biomedical Technologies” (State Council Order No. 818), effective 1 May 2026. The new rules are anticipated to intensify market pressure on companies lacking technological validation, while favouring firms with established patents and clinical research capabilities.
The agreement is non-binding and sets out preliminary cooperation intentions only; definitive contracts may or may not follow. Foryoung Biotechnology and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties to Baijin Life Science. The company advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.
