2026年8月7日，复星医药（02196）公告称，其控股股东上海复星高科技（集团）有限公司于2026年8月6日解除质押公司1.57亿股A股，占其所持股份的16.33%，占公司当日股本总数的5.88%。
截至2026年8月6日收市，复星高科技持有复星医药共9.61亿股（其中A股8.90亿股、H股7,153.35万股），占公司总股本的36.00%。此次解押后，复星高科技所持被质押股份余额降至3.66亿股A股，占其持股的38.10%，占公司总股本的13.72%。
同日，复星高科技及其一致行动人合计持有复星医药9.68亿股（A股8.90亿股、H股7,753.35万股），占公司总股本的36.24%。解押后，复星高科技及其一致行动人已质押股份余额同为3.66亿股A股，占其合计持股的37.85%，占公司总股本的13.72%。
复星医药表示，复星高科技确认上述股份存在后续质押计划；如后续发生新的股份质押事项，将按照相关法规及证券交易所规定及时履行信息披露义务。
复星医药强调，将持续关注控股股东及其一致行动人股份质押动态，并按相关法律法规及上市地规则及时披露信息。
