Landsea Green Life Service Company Limited announced a senior management change effective 30 April 2026. Liu Chao has resigned from his roles as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and Process Agent under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance. The departing executive confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

The Board has appointed Chan Chun Kit, aged 46, to succeed Liu in all three capacities on the same effective date. Chan brings more than 15 years of experience in company secretarial work, compliance and financial management. His recent positions include executive director of corporate services at Detong Corporate Services Co., Limited since October 2024 and joint company secretary, authorized representative and process agent at Cirrus Aircraft Limited since February 2026. He previously served as compliance senior manager and group financial controller at Landsea Green Management Limited, and held senior finance and secretarial roles at Sino Harbour Holdings Group Limited and Pan Hong Holdings Group Limited.

Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy and a Higher Diploma in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The Board, currently comprising one executive director, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, expressed gratitude to Liu for his service and extended a warm welcome to Chan.
