12月5日，有市场消息称，在线零售网站Temu被告知暂停在越南的业务。今年10月，Temu上线了越南站，在越南市场提供包邮以及最高90%折扣等购物福利。据媒体报道，11月，越南政府表示Temu需要在11月底之前向政府注册，否则将在该国屏蔽其互联网域名和应用程序。
对此，据接近Temu人士向记者透露，跟全球电商巨头亚马逊不同，今年以来，来自中国的跨境电商平台（包括Temu、SHEIN、速卖通等）在越南都遇到了同样的问题。Temu正在跟越南政府有关部门积极沟通，寻求解决方案。该人士表示，Temu有诚意将物美价廉的中国制造商品提供给越南消费者，就像那些美洲、欧洲、非洲的消费者一样，他们都不同程度地成为了中国制造商品的受益者。
