人工智能技术的迅猛扩张正推动美国电力消费激增，数据中心需求飙升成为核心驱动力。然而，供应链瓶颈和审批延迟导致电力供应面临漫长等待，严重制约发展。采用并置策略——将数据中心直接建在发电厂旁——能大幅缩短供电时间，解决这一痛点。
黑石计划在宾夕法尼亚州重点推进此类并置项目。格雷强调："这一领域的独特魅力在于能将数据中心置于电源旁，实现无缝结合，这正是制胜关键。"
