Vital Innovations Holdings Limited announced on 22 September 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company website (www.vitalinno.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who have previously opted for hard copies will find the printed report enclosed with the notice.

The board, chaired by Ms. Rong Xiuli, recommends that investors access the “Website Version” to improve efficiency and reduce paper consumption. Shareholders who encounter difficulties with email notifications or web access, or who prefer physical copies, may request printed materials at no cost by completing the enclosed reply form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 6133-ecom@vistra.com.

To ensure timely receipt of future corporate communications, shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address. Until a functioning email is registered, notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications will be sent in hard copy. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
