据知情人士称，在美国上市的新加坡叫车和送餐公司Grab正寻求在第二季度达成协议，收购规模较小的印尼竞争对手GoTo。
两位消息人士补充称，Grab已经聘请了顾问来处理拟议中的交易。其中一名消息人士补充称，这笔交易取决于融资等条款，Grab正在与银行讨论融资事宜。
在周四（5月8日）提交给证券交易所的一份文件中，GoTo表示，其尚未就可能知道或收到的任何提案做出任何决定。
据另一位知情人士透露，这笔交易对GoTo的估值可能在70亿美元左右。LSEG数据显示，在雅加达上市的GoTo股价今年迄今已攀升20%，市值约为58亿美元。
今年迄今，Grab在纳斯达克上市的股票上涨了2.4%，市值接近200亿美元。
