Oct 30, 2025

Acme International Holdings Limited (the Group) disclosed that its subsidiary Blooming Power Limited (BPL) and DCH Technology Group Joint Stock Company (DCH) signed a new memorandum of agreement on 28 October 2025. This agreement updates the parties’ cooperation to invest in a ground-mounted and rooftop solar power system with a capacity ranging from 70MW to 100MW in Vietnam’s Digital Hub.

BPL will invest 100% of the costs for the project and supply both power and computing resources. According to the agreement, DCH agrees to purchase the entire electricity output at a fixed price of US$0.055 per kWh for 20 years from the project’s commercial operation date. The parties intend to determine an investment structure, implementation schedule, and the necessary legal documentation, keeping in mind local regulations and commercial objectives.

The agreement follows a previous memorandum of understanding dated 10 October 2024, which has been superseded. Both parties continue discussions on finalizing arrangements, but there is no certainty that the proposed transaction will be concluded. The Group advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares, noting that relevant progress updates or formal agreement announcements will be issued in accordance with regulatory demands.
