REDCO GROUP Reports No Change in Share Capital for July 2026, Confirms Adequate Public Float

Redco Properties Group Limited (REDCO GROUP) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged throughout the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 100 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05, equivalent to HKD 5.00 billion. Issued shares totalled 3.55 billion, with no treasury shares held, repurchased, or cancelled during the reporting period.

No new share options, warrants, convertible instruments or other equity-linked agreements were outstanding or exercised in July. Accordingly, there were no movements in issued shares, and the share count has remained static since the end of June 2026.

Management confirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rule 13.32D(1), stating that at least 25% of the company’s issued shares were held by public investors as of 31 July 2026.

The return was submitted on 05 August 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Chu Cheuk Ting, attesting that all regulatory and listing requirements related to the company’s equity structure were fully met during the month.
