YUZHOU GROUP (01628) announced that on September 15, 2025, every 10 existing shares (both issued and unissued) with a par value of HK$0.1 each will be consolidated into 1 consolidated share with a par value of HK$1.0 each, resulting in a reduction of 13.392 billion shares.
