7月9日，多点数智（02586）公告显示，公司于香港联合交易所回购普通股，共回购506,700股，占2026年7月8日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数867,248,311股的约0.0584%。每股回购价介乎6.04港元至6.20港元，合计支付约308.54万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份数量由867,248,311股减少至866,741,611股，库藏股份数量由70,262,500股增至70,769,200股，公司已发行股份总数维持937,510,811股。公告同时披露，本次购回系依据2026年6月5日获通过的购回授权进行，该授权允许公司回购最多88,371,441股。截至公告日，公司已累计回购16,972,800股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数的约1.9206%。
公司确认，本次回购活动已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例，并由执行董事兼总裁张峰签署。
