中国旭阳集团（01907）于2026年10月13日公告称，公司当日于香港联合交易所场内回购股份25.70万股，占该公司回购前已发行股本约0.00605%。本次回购每股价格介于1.58港元至1.60港元，总金额408,645港元（约40.86万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）为4,248,101,000股，库存股份数量增至206,085,000股，合计已发行股份总数仍为4,454,186,000股。回购所涉股份将作为库存股份持有。此前，中国旭阳集团于2026年5月29日股东周年大会上获授权可回购不超过427,861,500股股份，目前已于包括本次在内的回购中合计回购30,514,000股，尚余约3.97亿股的回购额度可供动用。
公司确认，本次回购行为已遵守香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法规。公告由公司秘书何沛霖签署。
