China Shengmu Organic Milk Limited confirmed on 24 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report has been published in both English and Chinese. The document is accessible on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Company (www.shengmuorganicmilk.com) under the “Investor Relations” section.

Non-registered shareholders who hold shares through CCASS and wish to obtain a hard-copy version can complete and return a request form to the Company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A pre-paid mailing label for local postage is provided.

Submitting the request form will serve as a standing instruction for the shareholder to receive all future corporate communications in printed form unless the registrar is notified otherwise or the shareholder ceases to hold shares.
