据生物系统工程有限公司（股票代码：01355）于2026年7月31日发布的月报显示，公司在2026年7月份期间并未进行任何新的股份发行、购回或注销活动，股本结构整体保持稳定。
根据公告披露，截至2026年7月31日，公司法定股本仍为20,000,000港元，对应已授权发行股份总数2,000,000,000股，面值每股0.01港元；已发行股份数目则维持在1,193,065,160股，库藏股份数量为0股，较上月底均无变动。
