小米集团（「公司」；股份代号：01810）于2026年3月19日发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司自2025年11月20日至2026年2月20日期间合计回购约215,333,400股B类普通股，平均每股回购价为港币38.45元，总金额约82.80亿港元，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.824%。该批股份已于2026年3月19日全部注销。
公司同时于2026年3月19日依据股份计划向参与人发行264,400股B类普通股，发行价为港币2.07元/股，总金额约54.79万港元，占当日公司已发行股本约0.001%。上述股份变动完成后，公司B类普通股数量变动为21,456,788,214股；A类普通股因相应转换减少37,155,542股，结存4,474,397,602股。公司表示，此举符合上市规则第8A.21条要求，不会导致不同投票权比例上升。
此外，公司在公告中确认，所有回购及发行程序已获董事会正式授权并遵守相关上市规则及法律法规。公告由公司首席财务官林世伟签署。
