Frasers Centrepoint Trust (J69U) said on Jan, 07 2026 that its trustee, HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, together with Causeway Point Property LLP and Northpoint City NW LLP, has entered into a 400 million Singapore dollars green term loan and revolving credit facility agreement.
Under the agreement, a mandatory prepayment will be triggered if, without prior consent from all lenders, Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd. ceases to be the manager of the trust without an approved replacement, or if Frasers Property Limited’s direct or indirect ownership of at least 51% of the manager falls below that threshold.
The trust noted that none of these events has occurred. Should such an event arise and lead to cross defaults, up to 2,678.2 million Singapore dollars of FCT’s other borrowings could be affected, excluding undrawn facilities and potential future note or perpetual securities issuances.
