云迹（02670）于2026年6月4日公告披露，公司在香港联交所场内回购1900股股份，占当日已发行股本约0.003%。此次回购的最高回购价为每股330.40港元，最低回购价为每股326.00港元，合计耗资约62.61万港元。
根据公告，此次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数保持在62,599,638股，其中流通在外股份约为62,506,488股，库存股份增至93,150股。公司于2025年12月26日通过购回股份之授权，授权可回购的股份总数为6,259,963股。截至目前，公司已在香港联交所以及其他平台合计回购股份93,150股，占授权通过当日已发行股本总数的约0.134%。此外，公司指出，本次回购完成后至2026年7月4日前，将适用上市规则所规定的新股发行及再次出售或转让库存股份的暂止期。
公司表示，此次交易符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的要求。公告由董事长、执行董事兼总裁支濤签署。
