江西铜业股份有限公司（下称“江西铜业”）于2026年2月5日发布2026年1月股份变动月报表。报告期截至2026年1月31日，公司注册股本为人民币3,462,729,405元，其中包括A股（证券代码：600362）2,075,247,405股、H股（证券代码：00358）1,387,482,000股。A股及H股上月底与本月底发行总数保持一致。
江西铜业本月无新增发行、购回或注销股份。公司此前曾于2024年3月26日至2024年5月31日期间回购A股合计10,441,768股，尚未注销，持有为库存股，本月无进一步变动。期内亦未披露任何股份期权、股权激励或可换股票据事项。
上述变动后，截至2026年1月底，公司已发行及库存股份数量与上月底相同，股本维持稳定。公司确认其H股符合香港联合交易所有限公司相关上市规则的公众持股量要求。
