WebX Holding Updates Board Composition and Committee Roles

On 8 July 2026, WebX Holding Group Limited (formerly China Sci-Tech Industrial Investment Group Limited) published an announcement detailing its latest board structure and committee appointments following its continuance into Bermuda as a company with limited liability.

Executive leadership now consists of Mr. Sun Bo and Mr. Wang Daming, while non-executive oversight is provided by Mr. Zhuang Jiyong, Mr. Xiao Qiuli, Ms. Yan Jia and Ms. Zhang Aiping. Independent non-executive supervision is maintained through Mr. Chen Ming, Mr. Mok Ho Ming and Mr. Wong Yan Wai George.

The board confirmed the constitution of three key governance committees:

• Audit Committee – Chaired by Mr. Mok Ho Ming, with Mr. Chen Ming and Mr. Wong Yan Wai George as members. • Nomination Committee – Also chaired by Mr. Mok Ho Ming, joined by Mr. Wong Yan Wai George. • Remuneration Committee – Chaired by Mr. Wong Yan Wai George, with Mr. Mok Ho Ming and Mr. Sun Bo as members.

The announcement underscores WebX Holding’s adherence to Hong Kong listing requirements on board independence and committee composition, featuring three independent non-executive directors and clearly delineated oversight responsibilities across audit, nomination and remuneration functions.
