信控国际资本有限公司（00993.HK）日前发布公告，董事会拟向股东大会寻求授权，回购不超过公司已发行股份（现为8,709,586,011股）总数10%的股份。若按当前股本计算，此次回购规模最高可达约870,958,601股。
公告显示，拟议的股份回购将依据百慕达一九八一年《公司法》以及香港联合交易所有限公司的上市规则进行，所需资金将来自公司按照相关法律法规允许动用的资金。公司董事会指出，此举有助于提升股东回报并改善资本结构，认为回购计划符合公司及股东的整体利益。
公司同时披露了过去12个月股份在港交所的价格区间：最高成交价曾在2025年7月达到每股0.305港元，最低成交价于2026年3月报0.099港元。公司预计将在2026年6月22日召开股东周年大会，就上述回购授权进行表决，并于6月16日至22日暂停办理股份过户登记，以厘定表决股东资格。董事会提醒股东关注相关时间安排并按时办理过户事宜。
