中国铁钛（00893.HK）3月18日发布盈利指引称，基于对未经审计综合管理账目的初步审阅，公司预计截至2025年12月31日止财年将录得归属母公司净亏损不超过约0.01亿元，较2024财年的约0.21亿元亏损大幅收窄，减亏幅度约95%。\n\n公司将业绩改善主要归因于以下三方面：一是尽管高品位铁矿场业务因升级改造于2025财年下半年暂时停产，但全年高品位铁精矿销量仍实现增长，同时钢材贸易活动增加；二是2025财年终止确认若干应付款项及担保费带来额外收入；三是本期未计提会计减值损失，而上一财年曾确认约0.14亿元的减值。\n\n中国铁钛表示，目前相关财务数据尚未经审计，最终业绩可能调整。公司计划最迟于2026年3月底前披露2025财年全年业绩。公司提醒投资者在买卖股份时保持审慎。
