Affluent Foundation Holdings Limited (“the Group”) has announced plans to expand into new business segments in China, aiming to capitalize on rising consumer demand and demographic changes. According to the announcement, the Group intends to focus on two major chain industries: medical aesthetics and healthcare & wellness.

Under the medical aesthetics segment, the Group intends to integrate a nationwide network of medical professionals, establish high-end medical aesthetic hospitals, and collaborate with regenerative medicine institutions. The goal is to develop a comprehensive and professional ecosystem catering to growing demand for such services.

In the healthcare & wellness segment, the Group will explore the establishment of a nationwide chain of wellness stores, offering extended industry-chain synergies. Through strategic investments, business partnerships, and possible mergers & acquisitions, the aim is to create an open platform that connects diverse partners and resources in both segments.

The board of directors believes that involvement in these new businesses could create long-term value for shareholders and strengthen the Group’s strategic positioning in China. However, no legally binding agreements have been signed, and the final outcome remains subject to negotiations and developments. Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Group’s shares.
