2026年9月22日，京维集团有限公司（01195）刊发补充公告，就2026年9月21日之盈利警告提供进一步数据。根据截至2026年6月30日止年度的未经审核综合管理账目初步评估，公司预计本年度归属于公司拥有人之亏损将介乎约人民币1,000万元至人民币1,600万元。对比截至2025年6月30日止年度约人民币500万元的亏损金额，亏损规模有所扩大。
公司指出，相关财务数据尚未经过审核委员会审阅，亦未经核数师审核，仍可能出现变动。京维集团计划于2026年9月28日公布截至2026年6月30日止年度之全年业绩。
