理想汽车-W（股票代码：02015）于2026年9月15日发布公告，披露当日通过香港联交所场内回购A类普通股共计56.38万股，约占此前已发行股本（不含库存股）总数的0.0328%。回购价格区间每股46.06港元至47.00港元，合计耗资约2,618.04万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不含库存股）数目降至约17.20630657亿股，库存股数量增至约9,769.4452万股，总发行股本仍为约18.18325109亿股。理想汽车-W的回购授权于2026年5月29日股东大会上获批，可回购股份总数为2.14280424亿股。截至目前，公司已累计回购约7,810.3112万股，占授权通过当日已发行股本数目的约3.645%。公司表示，已严格遵循香港联交所的相关上市规则及相关法律法规，下一轮新股发行或库存股再出售的暂止期截至2026年10月15日。
