中国天保集团发展有限公司（01427）8月19日披露，截至2026年6月30日止六个月（“报告期”）未经审核中期业绩。期内，集团收入为368,677千元，同比下降55.4%；其中建筑承包业务收入338,809千元，同比减少51.6%，占比91.9%；房地产开发及其他业务收入26,204千元，同比减少79.5%，占比7.1%；康养业务收入3,664千元，去年同期无可比数据。
受收入显著下滑影响，集团毛利由上年同期的39,439千元下降至11,012千元，毛利率由4.8%降至3.0%。期内公布亏损为64,728千元，较上年同期的37,294千元扩大73.5%；基本亏损（扣除按公平值计入损益的金融资产变动影响）为64,538千元。每股亏损0.074元，上年同期为0.043元。
截至2026年6月30日，集团总资产5,197,246千元；流动比率为0.92，低于2025年末的0.95。期末持有现金及现金等价物184,865千元，已质押存款128,336千元；期末计息银行及其他借款合计1,493,219千元，资本负债比率为211.6%，高于2025年底的188.2%。
董事会已决议不派发2026年上半年中期股息（2025年同期：无）。
