本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍为538,350,806股，其中流通中股份（不包括库藏股份）变动为488,937,306股，库藏股份数则增至49,413,500股。根据公告，易点云的股份购回授权已于2026年6月22日获得通过，最高可回购50,068,667股。截至公告日，公司已累计回购11,783,000股，占购回授权通过时已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）总数的2.3534%。
