中关村科技租赁(01601)发布更新公告，对截至2025年12月31日止年度末期股息的分派时间表作出调整。公司宣派普通末期股息每股0.059元人民币，该分派尚待股东周年大会于2026年6月30日批准。
根据更新后的安排，除净日为2026年7月8日；为符合获取股息分派而递交股份过户文件的截止时间为2026年7月9日16时30分；暂停办理股份过户登记手续的日期为2026年7月10日至7月16日；股权登记日为2026年7月16日；股息派发日定于2026年8月25日。本次股息将按预设货币港元派发，具体港元金额及汇率有待后续公布。
此外，公告明确了股息所涉及的预扣税安排：对于非中国内地登记地址的非居民企业股东，公司将按10%税率代扣代缴企业所得税；对于住所国与中国订立税收协定的非个人居民H股股东，代扣代缴个人所得税税率一般为10%；对于住所国无相关税收协定或协定税率达20%及以上的个人H股股东，则按20%税率代扣代缴。
