高伟电子(股票代码：01415)于2026年8月20日发布翌日披露报表称，公司当日在香港联交所场内回购37.00万股普通股，占回购前已发行股本约0.043%。本次回购价格区间介乎每股22.92港元至23.16港元，合计耗资约850.35万港元。
公告显示，上述股份购回后，公司已发行股本变动为868,877,800股，库藏股增加至1,160,000股。回购授权于2026年5月28日获股东大会通过，授权回购股份总数为86,830,080股，至今已回购1,160,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的约0.134%。本次回购后，任何新股发行或库藏股出售的暂止期截至2026年9月19日。
公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定，并取得董事会正式授权。公告由公司秘书林詠欣签署。
